Team Essentials

Teams consist of eight participants. A maximum of 36 teams will be accepted in the first year.In addition to the entry fee, all teams are encouraged to raise funds by collecting pledges in advance of the event. Teams can earn bonus points for fundraising with the top three fundraising teams receiving special prizes.


Corporate games participants also commit to collecting pledges in advance of the event. In order to maximize the funds raised we ask that each participant collect a minimum of $100. Bonus points can be earned based on the total amount of funds raised by a team. The top individual and team fundraisers will receive special prizes.

Team Captains

A representative from each team should be selected to act as a team captain. The captain’s role is to encourage team recruitment and share information in the months leading up to the event. Two information sessions will be held to provide all captains with information that is related to the specific event details. A Sport Nova Scotia Event Coordinator is also available to answer questions from team captains. Each team captain will receive promotional materials to assist with recruiting and to provide relevant information to participants. Ongoing emailed updates will also be distributed in the weeks leading up to the event.


Cancellation Policy

Should a team be unable to fulfill the commitment, we offer the following policy:
