Cleve’s Source for Sports Athlete of the Month for December announced

(Halifax, January 17, 2019)- Trysten Deveau is the Female Individual Athlete of the Month for December. The 21-year-old karate athlete from Church Point recently competed at the 2018 North American Cup where she won bronze in the Individual Female Kumite -55kg. The competition took place at the start of December in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Deveau’s success at this event qualified her for the 2019 Pan Am Games in Lima, Peru.  READ MORE

Cleve’s Source for Sports Athletes of the Month for November announced

(Halifax, December 12, 2018)- Claire Ellison is the Female Individual Athlete of the Month for November. The 17-year-old from Halifax competed alongside 253 athletes at the 2018 national rowing championships in Burnaby. Ellison won bronze in the junior woman’s single event and placed 15th in the open women’s singles event.  READ MORE

Cleve’s Source for Sports Athlete of the Month for October announced

(Halifax, November 20, 2018)- Kylie Cox is the Cleve’s Source for Sports Female Individual Athlete of the Month for October. The 14-year-old Enfield resident placed third at the Taekwondo –Sparring Championships in Las Vegas from October 12- 14. This was Cox’s first major international event and her impressive performance earned her a wild card spot for the 2019 Taekwondo Pan American Championships. READ MORE
